• Concern Before the Procedure

Recently, I hadn’t been able to take good care of my skin, and it really started to show.

My makeup wouldn’t sit well, it kept separating throughout the day, and my skin felt very dry and unbalanced. So I decided to come in for treatment as soon as possible.

While I was waiting, the staff were very kind and attentive, which made me feel comfortable from the start.

The clinic is divided by floors, so the environment felt quiet and private, allowing me to relax during the treatment.

Most of all, I was satisfied with the level of professionalism during both the consultation and the procedure.

From consultation to treatment, everything felt very personalized.

The staff were genuinely kind, and rather than recommending unnecessary procedures, they only explained what was actually needed based on my skin condition, which I really appreciated.

I also felt comfortable asking questions during the consultation, without any pressure.

Before the procedure, they carefully examined my skin condition, and even during the treatment, they continuously checked 

if I was comfortable. That made the whole experience much more relaxing than I expected.

Right after the procedure, I could feel that my skin looked more refined and that there was a slight improvement in elasticity.

The results felt natural rather than dramatic, which made me even more satisfied.

There was no disruption to my daily routine, and I feel like I’ll be coming back regularly for maintenance.

From the moment I walked in, the clinic felt clean and luxurious, which left a great first impression.

The waiting area was comfortable, so I didn’t feel tense while waiting, and the front desk staff were very kind, which immediately put me in a good mood.

From consultation to treatment, everything was handled with care and attention to detail.

They also clearly explained post-treatment care and precautions, so I felt that they genuinely cared about the overall management process.

Rather than receiving only the HERSHE Secret Water Drop Facial treatment, I think it would be even better to combine it with a treatment for exfoliation and skin texture care. 

I’m planning to try that next time.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the atmosphere, consultation, and procedure process.
