Trapezius pain, upper arms appearing more prominent, and sloping shoulders

Filler made with European-sourced materials; treatment by a plastic surgeon at a clinic with an extensive number of body-filler cases
• Treatment Results
After the consultation and some deliberation, I ultimately went ahead with the treatment!
I first consulted with the coordinator, then the head plastic surgeon personally assessed and designed my shoulder line before performing the treatment.
The whole process was more streamlined than I expected.
There was no long waiting or feeling of being rushed from one step to the next, so I felt comfortable even though it was my first visit.
I’m genuinely very afraid of pain from procedures, so even before it started I kept asking, “Does it hurt a lot?” and “Is it really okay?” haha.
I was almost whining nonstop…???? But throughout the treatment, the doctor kept checking how I felt and reassuring me, which helped me relax a lot.
The anesthesia felt slightly sore, but once the filler was being injected, there was much less pain than I expected.
By the end, I was so comfortable that I almost fell asleep while getting shoulder filler, haha.
During the consultation, I also learned that there are more ways to add body volume than I had expected. I heard that some places use various procedures in addition to conventional fillers,
but here, the doctor had extensive filler experience and explained the product I would receive in detail, which helped me make my decision.
I studied physical education and have exercised for a long time. Exercise can improve the body’s overall balance, but I felt it had limitations when it came to creating the exact shape I wanted in one specific area.
After this experience, I thought it could also be reasonable to build the overall silhouette through exercise and consult a plastic surgeon about refining specific details that still bother me.
Especially for people like me who exercise but feel stressed about a particular area, I think it may be worth having a consultation at least once :)
