HERSHE Review

      [After Treatment]

It has already been two months since I had shoulder filler at HERSHE. Now that I am around week 8 and can see how things have progressed, I wanted to leave a review lol.

At first, I was preoccupied with the swelling going down and the filler settling, but now it truly feels as if it has blended in perfectly, almost like my natural bone structure.
I will try to write down every change I have noticed so far, from beginning to end.

Starting with the most important things—the feel and any foreign-body sensation—during the early part of week 1, if I pressed firmly, I could feel a slightly firm, clustered layer underneath.
What amazes me is that now, at week 8, I do not feel any foreign-body sensation at all, no matter how firmly I press it lol.
It just feels like my own tissue. It is soft yet resilient, just like my natural skin, and even when I pinch my shoulder, I cannot tell where the filler begins or ends.
Even when I sleep on my side or stomach, I personally do not feel any crushing sensation or shifting.

The changes in my body shape and how clothes fit have also made a big difference to my daily satisfaction.
Because the shoulder tips now have a more defined 90-degree line, the area that used to look heavy due to my trapezius muscles appears much cleaner,
and the line from my neck down to my shoulders
looks beautifully refined. It creates the visual impression that my neck looks about 3cm longer, which I find amazing lol.
My shoulders look about 1.5–2cm broader on each side. Interestingly, this makes my face look much smaller, and I love my upper-body proportions every time I take a selfie.
The change in how clothes fit has been dramatic for me. Jackets and shirts with shoulder pads now look too broad, so I have removed all the pads lol.
Even when I simply put on a shirt over bare skin, the shape holds beautifully.
In the past, oversized T-shirts looked awkward because the shoulder seams slipped down, but now they fall neatly from the shoulder tips, giving a softer, more delicate look.
When I wear a tank top or sleeveless top, the line from my collarbones to the shoulder tips extends smoothly and straight, which makes me very happy.

As for exercise and daily life, after week 4 I gradually resumed shoulder exercises such as shoulder presses and lateral raises.
Now, at week 8, I personally feel fine even when using the weights I used before lol.
Even when my muscles pump up during exercise, I personally have not felt the filler become misshapen or shift elsewhere. During massages,
gentle treatment has not caused any problems for me, and it now feels fully integrated with my own tissue.

People around me still do not ask whether I had anything put into my shoulders lol.
Instead, friends and colleagues keep asking whether I have been getting posture correction or working out, saying that my shoulder line has become much prettier and that after losing weight,
my body shape looks more angular. That is exactly the kind of reaction I wanted.
I think choosing not to be overly ambitious and using a small amount to create a natural line suited to my body shape was the right decision.
Now that eight weeks have passed, it looks so natural that even I sometimes forget I had filler lol.
If you have also struggled to achieve the soft clothing silhouette you want because of narrow or sloping shoulders, I personally highly recommend considering a consultation.

I think having a consultation with Plastic Surgeon Youngchoon Jung could help you organize and address your concerns.
